• After Hours Service Agreements
  For customers that must be serviced after Impact's Normal Business Hours.
• 24X7 LAN Monitoring
  For LAN's that need to be up 24X7 without fail. Impact uses sophisticated software that monitors all aspects of server, workstation, printer, firewall, router and user activities. When there's a problem, we respond immediately.
• Firewall Monitoring
  Available for customers that have firewalls and need 24X7 Monitoring Solutions for optimal security and
  user monitoring.
