Impact's Phased Process for Web Engineering
At Impact, our engineers are veterans in the field of graphic/design & web design. The process of having a web site designed for your company is as follows:

- Initial Meeting This is the start of the process. Impact gets to know your company and the solution that will best suite your needs. A Web Engineering Proposal will be presented to you. This will have the phased contract and costs for your web project.
- Compilation After reviewing your needs, we will begin compiling all of the data, text, graphics and other important materials to start laying your web site topology on paper for your approval.
- Web Topology Layout Upon completion of compiling, we will engineer a web topology layout on paper and present it to you. This will have the entire menu structure, text & graphics for your approval.
- Graphics Registration Taking the graphics that you approve, Impact will register the graphics legally to be used on your site.
- Copyright Next, all of the materials are copyrighted for your protection.
- Online Bank (ECommerce Customers)
The online banking solution that best suites your needs will be setup and ready to receive orders.
- Site Creation Now that all of the particulars are in place, we are ready to start the phased implementation plan laid out in your Web Engineering Proposal. Each phase will not begin until the previous phase has been approved and signed by you!
- B2B or C2B Workflow (ECommerce Customers)
After the initial phases of the site have been approved, we will start the procedure of order processing for receiving monies, printout of purchase orders, shipping and tracking of your products.
- Meta Tag Creation After your approval of the site, Meta Tags or "Keywords" will be added to all of the pages for search engine placement.
- Test Phase Upon approval, the site will be set to test.
Any issues or problems will be addressed before the site is set live.
- Search Engine Placement Dependent on your needs and budget, your site will be submitted to different search engines on the internet. Costs for placement varies.
- GO LIVE After you have approved the final phase of the site creation, Impact will set the site to Go Live. This means your site is completed and is ready to be utilized on the internet.
- Maintenance You have the option to maintain the site yourself or have Impact's Web Maintenance Contract for keeping the site current with information as well as troubleshooting problems or issues.
